Potatoes
Peas (YUM!)
Carrots
Pumpkin
Parsnip (But only if Amie Mafi makes it)

Capsicum
Lettuce

Vegetables I have tried and don't like:
Broccoli

Anything else, I have not tried.

Fruits I can and will eat:
Apples

Avocado (but not by itself)

Fruits I have tried and don't like:
Bananas
Strawberries
Raspberries (loved the taste but the texture freaked me out)

Anything else, I have not tried.

  1. Wow! I am not sure of any recipe suggestions but I'm thinking you might want to start by blending/puree the foods you don't like and adding them to meals...(one puree at a time though!) the other foods might just cover the taste and you won't even notice. Then you'll get all the nutrients and vitamins etc.
How about a smoothie with the fruits too?
Definitely start with one thing at a time, small bites and small pieces. It's just something you adjust to. I have learnt to eat new veges thanks to my hubby too. Maybe try covering it with a sauce you like (or gravy etc) to mask the taste and always eat it with other things with each bite.
    Hope this makes sense! Goodluck!
